Ledbull's post yesterday reminded me of one of the more hilarious posts from the time before Kinja - !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . That got me thinking about some of the all-time great posts that there have been on here. One of my favorites would definitely be Ray's mom's !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but I am confident that there are many fantastic posts from that past that I am forgetting about.

There are two that will always stand out to me for having made me laugh my ass off not just at the time that they were published, but for a long time afterwords:
1) The Clap-Infected Koala
http://jalopnik.com/398574/aussie-…
An article by Ben Wojdyla about a Koala that got hit by a car doing 65 mph and walked away unscathed, only for veterinarians to find out that he had the clap.
2) The Ford Freestyle review
I can't find the link, but this was the article that started it all for the old Wes' ass meme, which lived a longer and more comic life than any other internet meme I have ever seen.

#1:
space shuttle theft guide
(and subsequent hilarity in the comments).
Honorable mention for the dinner with Engineers series (I'm a Torch fanboy, ok?).

I never comment but I have to come out of the woodwork for this one. No article will ever beat Sam Smith's CTS-V food roadtrip where he becomes delirious and begins to measure features of the car in jelly donuts. It also makes me really miss the long-form articles that used to pop up on Jalopnik from time to time. Link: http://jalopnik.com/5596968/cadill…

I always loved that one too. As a 350z owner I have done this once to my best friend. I recently brought it up with him and he revealed that it "took everything I had not to puke all over the trunk of your car"
Good on him, though he was the one who insisted on riding back there in the first place.

I'm not usually one to toot my own horn, but I've always considered this to be my crowning achievement:
